Active 24 is a leading European provider of web- and email hosting services with over 120,000 customers in 12 European markets. The advertised position is based in our Oslo offices.

Principal reasponsibilities:
Responding by phone and email to enquiries from UK customers regarding product changes, invoicing issues, cancellations of contracts and other changes in the customer relationship, and carrying out associated administrative tasks.

Requirements for the position:
-Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
-Proficient computer skills
-Basic customer service skills and abilities
-Call-center experience preferred
